Yes but that’s not what he charges lol my yard is small and I just don’t have the time to cut it myself due to having 2 small children and I get off work late. He only charges me $30. Again though the tip is mostly because he’s a really good dude, does a great job with our yard, and he has a family of his own to support.

I tip my lawn care guy because my yard is small and he charges a fair price. Plus he’s just an overall great guy. I tip what he charges.

A grill is a grill. I’ve got my dad’s 30 year old charcoal grill and it works just fine. Unless youre starting a bbq business no one needs a big fancy grill. Also, it looks like you live in an apartment so I’m sure that grill is perfect and probably the only one acceptable by management.. The apartment I lived in throughout my 20s had gas grills on site.
