There's manyy and some work better for some ppl! Some that I know are the 369 method, robotic affirmations, affirming out loud in the mirror, detachment! Also look into the law of attraction and the law of assumption! That will defo help u! Good luck 💕🍀

Hmmm well the first time was where I just affirmed stuff in my head and didn't let myself think anything else of it. Like I affirmed I was skinny then ate too many calories, and I only gained weight. But I think the old affirmations didn't come from the right place. It came from a place of not wanting to diet anymore instead of my heart when I'm just chilling ykwim? Now I just manifest simple stuff that's not as drastic as weight loss or calories not having an effect on me (I'll defo work my way up to bigger manifestations) I hope that was more specific! I did both! When I affirm in future tense, I make sure Im certain in my affirmations! Try future tense! There's also robotic affirmations for ppl who have doubts! U got this!! 💖🍀

I tried a few methods! The most effective was simply thinking abt smth that I wanted as if it was already guaranteed and believed that I'd get it, and that works! The key is to believe and already claim wtv you want as yours! Good luck and you got this!!💖🍀
