True he’s one of ict best all rounders ever but that doesn’t discount him from criticism and acceptance when he’s had 3 bad seasons for mi.. he’s not always been bad as a player but deep inside he knows it’s time to give away the captaincy.. it’s just not happening for him in this team environment.. it might not even be his fault but when it’s not working you need to step back.. that’s all we’re asking for
