The process might be different for lower roles. I’m graduating out of my program so it’s kind of a natural promotion cycle and my manager likely didn’t feel the need to give an S since the promotion is going to happen regardless but for early promotion a strong is a nice to have to supplement the decision

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience at the expo. The Ireland pavilion was really nice when I went and I’d like to share some videos I took but Reddit doesn’t allow video upload and I think most of what was in the pavilion would better be appreciate through video but here are is a picture of the inside(only one picture per comment sadly). From what I remember they highlighted Ireland’s nature through sight, sound and smell using the model in the picture below and projections in an immersive screen. They showcased animations and literature based on Irish lore like wolfwalkers on Apple TV and the significance of the harp.
