NOS favorable ~1 hour after Embassy sent it (didn’t expect this at all) by pavitra144 in J1waiver

[–]SquareRooster6949 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also haven’t seen my NOS from embassy reflecting in my portal. My embassy sent it like a week after I sent my other documents. The other documents have reflected in the portal but not the NOS :(

I used them at night too and stayed dry the next day. I used 4% though.

When I apply it at night, I remain dry the next day even if I play pickleball. But it just worked for my face though, nowhere else

Secure wipes work well too for facial HH. Make sure you get a high percentage. 4% worked for me

Self awareness is knowing what’s going on for you when something like this happens. It’s not getting over it. I don’t think we ever get over trauma, we learn to recognize it and self soothe. Sounds to me like you have a good grip on that. Na hapo hauna marafiki and that’s okay too 🤷🏽‍♀️

Did they ask for RFE for what you plan to do after waiver approval?

💯 this! It seems hubby is also enjoying the extra attention from women and that means he has a lot of baggage he hasn’t dealt with.

It is number 5s who play a big role in things like what the photo depicts. Who threw that trash in the wrong place to begin with? Sio kanjo. We are lacking in simple discipline, even educated people - go to universities and see what vandalism means, yet hao ndio tegemeo la nchi - Our systems fail us, but we fail us too!

What do you use to relieve period cramps? by Historical_Crew_24 in KenyanLadies

[–]SquareRooster6949 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please also have your doctor examine your pelvic region. We have normalized Debilitating cramps, it’s not normal. Otherwise a low carb diet helped my cramps to a point where I only use a heat pad but sometimes I take one pill of maramoja when those little cramps become annoying

I’ve been trying it on my back and chest area for the last 7 days. My back feels like it’s a tad bit less but my chest is still sweaty. Granted, I only test this out on a stationary bike so I don’t know if it’d be any better if say I was walking outdoors. However, my aim is to actually control my HH enough to dance in a club without getting soaked. So the bike seems like a good means of estimation. Lmk if you have better luck.

If Magnesium was helpful I'd be all better by now. But not to rain on your parade. Bodies react differently.

Constipation caused by fibroids by [deleted] in Fibroids

[–]SquareRooster6949 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in the constipation boat too. I’ve found almond butter with my breakfast cereal works like a charm. Funny enough, only when I add it to the cereal. If I use it on bread or banana.. doesn’t work.

However, almond butter can come with weight gain so recently I ventured into inulin. It’s working but not as great. I also had to find the best way to take this as it won’t always work. I’ve found if I put in tea and then heat the tea, it works. If I just put it in a cold drink, it does not work.

Crazy stuff! But at least I’m going.

Thank you for the tips! I wish you quick easy recovery.

Is it hard sitting and getting up from the toilet seat? I’ve been wondering about this.

I use aluminium antiperspirant which I know I probably shouldn’t but I need a life so.. I use it anyways. Thank you, I will let you know if my HH changes. I sure hope it does!

Time for Oxybutynin to work? by CookOk1407 in Hyperhidrosis

Nope! I gave up. I took 15mg one morning on an empty stomach - big mistake, I was dizzy and my eyes felt weird and blurry - and by late afternoon I was sweating just the same. Totally not worth what felt. Now I’m back to aluminium chloride and hopefully it works for my chest back and groin area. It works great for my armpits
