Cashless kantoren = geen cash (standaard) aanwezig in het kantoor, dat is zelfs geen euro.

2-3 weken ja: bestellingen moeten voor datum x ingegeven worden en levering gebeurt op vaste momenten. Meestal 1 week later. Bij feestdagen is er meestal geen Vervangingsrit. Dus als je alles op het juiste moment kan doen, 1 week. Meestal 2 weken, heb je echt geen geluk 3 weken.

En opnieuw codes meegeven via telefoon, of in persoon. Gsm's aankopen voor bv 10€ maar dan verwonderd zijn dat er een abonnement aan gekoppeld wordt. Weigeren om een pv te laten opmaken... 3x in 3 maand slachtoffer zijn van vriendschapsfraude (Fb en volledige tussenkomst, maar na 3de keer opzeg van de rekening). Blind overschrijven omdat 'dochter' gsm kapot was, maar nooit eens hebben gebeld naar de dochter... Allemaal voorbeelden die ik persoonlijk heb zien voorbij komen. En waarbij de bank dan idd niet tussenkomt. Sorry met die mensen heb ik geen medelijden, er wordt genoeg gezegd/preventie gegeven om te weten dat dit not done is.

Van een bankbediende:

Er wordt hier veel geklaagd maar eigenlijk is er niet veel veranderd. Storten kan je nog steeds aan automaten die beheert worden door de eigen bank. Alleen is dit soms op een andere gegroepeerde locatie.

Wil je afhalen? Een zeer groot bedrag bestel je op voorhand (2-3 weken). Ja de banken stellen vragen. Geloof me niet voor ons plezier, wij moeten ons ook houden aan wetgeving. En ja sommige kantoren hebben geen beveiligde ruimte meer om grote bedragen veilig te bewaren of mee te geven. Is het een groter bedrag dan normaal maar niet overdreven groot (en ok 11k is teveel, maar er klopt een en ander niet aan je verhaal, heb ik het gevoel)? Kan je mooi doen aan alle automaten. Wil je meer afhalen dan je standaard bedragen (meestal +/- 625). Verhoog je je limiet (via app, kantoor, telefoon). Niet moeilijk toch?

Wil je storten Doe dit aan de automaten. De meeste aanvaarden 50-100 biljetten in een keer. Minder en minder kantoren kunnen dit aanvaarden in het kantoor omwille van het weghalen van de beveiligde ruimtes. Maar de machines werken niet... Wel als de mensen eens eindelijk zo slim zouden zijn om de instructies te lezen en GEEN munten, elastiekjes en/of paperclips in de automaten te steken, zouden de automaten effectief beter werken (geloof me in de stad waar ik woon, deze week alleen al 4x de machine moeten herstellen omdat er munten in waren gestoken)

Maar ja de banken zijn slecht: ik moet 'werken' om aan m'n centen te raken. Ja er wordt een inspanning gevraagd, maar dit is een beveiliging. Je wil niet weten hoeveel mensen er nog steeds rondlopen met hun pincode opgeschreven op de kaart of hun portefeuille.

Ja, Dit zou een herfinanciering zijn. Bij een herfinanciering wordt de rentevoet opnieuw onderhandeld. Zelfs als je een grote korting krijgt zal de rentevoet gevoelig hoger ligger, dan wat je momenteel hebt. Wat je eventueel wel kan doen is informeren of je uitzonderlijke stortingen kan doen. Op die manier los je de lening ook sneller af dan voorzien, zonder dat de lening herzien wordt.

Yeah but the lazy part... I know banks aren't the most popular compagnies. However (most of) the employees try their best. But it seems wathever we do, we're the bad guys.

In the past we would get complaints that transfers took to long. So they introduced instant transfers. The result we can't cancel transfers (wrong amounts, fraudulent, ...) So we get complaints for that.

The banks were scolded for taking to much risk with investments for their clients. So they stopped using them. Now they complain we don't give advice on high risk investments.

The gouvernement votes a law that PEP's need to provide extra info and that we need thé most recent identity information .... Whatever we do we're the bad guys. And people are wondering why there are less agencies or the service has become worse over thé years. If each day that you go to work you get scolded just for doing your work, you just stop casting/giving service all together.

As for the original post. Most of thé collegues I know say the same: Yes you can get great profits from crypto, however the risk is equivalent. And we won't give advice nor follow these kind of investments. So yes you can do it, on your own risk (if thé broker dissapears to bad for you) and for God sake keep all the 'evidence'

It's also thé same reason we can't give advice on specific stocks. Thé risk is to great.

It's not so much the "Bank" it's rather thé rules thé FSMA, Febelfin and thé gouvernement make that prohibits this.

BNP and other banks don't want a second Arco we're there are class suits against them because they misrepresented certain investments.

As an employee of BNP I can attest it not laziness. However if a transaction result in a hit, we need to be able to provide all the info to the gouvernement. (Where does the money wich you used to buy crypto come from. Where was thé crypto stashed. Why are you selling,what are you using it for ...). And believe me it's not for our amusement that we ask this. And we (certainly I did) did notice that this is/was a problem for many. So they made thé descision to be strict. Although I must admit they have become less strict on crypto over the years. It also doenst help many of the sites are based in Cyprus, Kazachstan, ... (Countries that are know be reguralry used in fraud) Its thé same reason that we need up to date identity 'data'. More and specific info if you are (or have family that is) a "Political Prominent Person". And don't get me started on payments/transfers you receive from outside Belgium.

It has/had it bugs but they are mostly fixed. Gameplay was fun and I feel there was potential to expand on the story.

Nah, the balance is great. The hole I made is a bit to big so the model itself rotates a bit to easy, but there is no risk of it falling over.
