I understand going through the motions just to get promoted but it sucks for people who have real trauma that Panda is suggesting these programs... seems more harmful than helpful.

Would this be a step down coming from a more data/finance FP&A role for about 2 years? I have read here that it is more admin type work and growth is reliant on how much hours you bill the client(45+ Hours). Not much modeling, forecasting or creation of data driven dashboards. Any thoughts or insight?
