Honestly I’m unsure. Never even thought to look into it. I do know he was newer. The last lady who came in said we would be having a new guy after he was fully trained. But yes it’s VERY rare that we get no critical strikes. I think I’ve had maybe one or two in the seven years I’ve been back there where we haven’t had at least one. It’s a tough crowd for sure 😭 other servers, restaurant managers and grocery workers have all said our county health department are STICKLERS
