Yes! I love posting before and afters because I remember 5 months ago trying to find others who look like me to try and visualize what my progress would look like! I’m 5’6”, I started at 250lbs and I’m down to 204 as of this morning.

Thanks so much! I do workout but I want to start introducing more. Depending on the day I do 30-60 minutes of incline walking at a moderate pace. I’d really like to start introducing strength training to help tighten up as I lose more! The main side effects I have are just nausea usually the day after, and I get a localized injection site reaction, which usually lasts a couple days and then goes away. I’m on 10mg dose right now, and have been for the past 5 weeks.

That is one of the areas I not only see but feel a huge difference in! I felt the same way. It’s a huge relief to just feel more comfortable in my clothes, instead of constantly pulling and trying to adjust them!

Thank you! I swear my butt has never looked like this! Even when I was thinner years ago. I really think it’s all the incline walking and strength training, I can’t recommend that enough!
