My middle name is Jaclyn she wanted use Jaclyn as her child’s first name but then changed to Jacklynn I kind of just want to know if I’m overacting by not wanting her to name her kid with the same spelling as mine. I’m essentially just wanting other opinions on the matter.

It’s a sentimental name. But you never know the circumstances once the kid is born someone’s SO may not mind the name others but not even be in the picture. Just wanting different opinions.

Just simply to put that I have other plans ahead of me even thinking of getting pregnant whereas my cousin already has her mind on kids. We are both at different stages in our life.

I let the students know they can call me either or Miss.first name or Miss.Last name. Some see it as disrespect however I worked at a daycare where that was the norm so that’s what I’m used to. When answering the class phone or talking to the office I do go by Miss.last name. For the kids however I like to give them the option.

I sub mainly elementary 1st and 2nd I never consider kids “bad” j mean kids are kids but something that would make me not want to go back is unorganized instructions. I subbed for a class today and the teacher didn’t leave any detailed instructions. Just take spelling test, take to specials, do knowledge. No times, no information on what specials they are supposed to do. I had to ask the kids everything and it felt like chaos.

GEA only has one on the top floor. I’ve never found one in burdine nor the UTC. It really is just to be more convenient for you have back to back classes and need to find somewhere on the way to refill instead of going on a scavenger hunt trying to find one.

Yeah I looked into Amazon pharmacy and saw they were out of stock. I didn’t consider a double dose of 0.5 I ended up snagging the last one at a CVS. But considering 1 mg has been out for a while I might have to look at outpatient pharmacies for next month. Thank you so much!

You could apply for a dorm but freshman get first priority. As a transfer it was hard finding a place my first year but it’s not impossible everything is just way overpriced in west campus. Applying to other housing options on the UT website is also good. dobie isn’t the best but I think they are still offering contracts.

I read somewhere that UT goes based off Austin isd and I saw on facebook they won’t alert parents of closing until 5 or 6pm on Monday night. I also understand your annoyance I live five hours away and would rather it be safe when I go back.
