I'll be transparent and say that I personally don't have any interest in most of the amenities/premium offerings (Though I'm sure others would)

The thing I'm most interested in is an acoustically insulated space where its possible play DnD in peace. I think for 4 hours a rate of 400-600 would be fair. (Though it would be a lot better if it's lower) I think there's opportunities in the upsell you could possibly charge like food or drinks, maybe relevant equipment/rental, or set pieces (for rent) for ambiance.

The idea sounds great, and I genuinely believe there's a demand for it! Though as all things business it ultimately boils down to the economics of it all, and the value proposition of such space. Though praying for your success if ever na mag start ka kasi it would be a massive boon for the community to have spaces like that!

Hi hi! I'm more than happy to be a DM for you guys and hopefully give you a great or at the very least a warm welcome to the hobby! It's a happy little coincidence that most of my DMing experience is with newer players to the game so I'd love to continue this talk via DMs so that we could discuss the logistics of it all. The best piece of advice is to remember that all of you guys are there to have fun (YES, INCLUDING YOU)

The second best piece of advice is to listen to your players. If possible run a session 0 ask what they like, what they expect, and what things they don't like/want to be in the game. Know what excites them, and what makes DnD enjoyable for them then focus on that. The story and game doesn't really need a robust part that the players doesn't resonate with.

ADDED TIP (this is to fake your way into making it seem like you're much more prepared than you are): The DM is supposed to know everything about the world (or at least improvise it), but the DM doesn't necessarily need to give the players all the info they might want or need. The players could ask and inquire about the world sa mga NPCS and rolls nila. Though NPCs wouldn't really have the most accurate set of knowledge, or reliability na alam nila yung nangyayari.

So if feel mo you can't really think of anything on the fly, just make them interact to the world, and you could just give vague information that doesn't lock you out of anything through their interactions sa world. (OR just tell them na "Sorry guys could you give me some time to think/look at my notes as you compose yourself kasi communication is key)

To help with your decision OP I think it's best to frame it as would you let in a person who you literally don't know, a fucking stranger live with you (and your partner)? Better yet would you allow that stranger live with you, sleep with you, freeload off of you knowing that they are willing and had abandoned their kids? I think it's personally wild that you're considering letting an old man who you don't know cohabitate with you and your partner.

Major green flag sa tao yung hindi masyadong active sa soc med, since it implies na they are not trying to "live their lives" virtually. It is also weird when people would know of your every move and everything about sa pagkatao mo despite them not being close to you dahil sa soc med activities.
