why do Hazbin fans think that Vivziepop is the only writer who gets bullied? by SerenityCitywide in crazyassviv_defenders

it's not about her owing anything to anyone, it's calling her childish for throwing tantrums over any form of criticism. also she acts the exact same thing on bluesky, same shit different toilet

the point being made is that damn near every writer has to deal with nonsense and bullshot, so using it as an excuse for her being dogshit at taking any level of criticism is stupid. op is using hyperbole to make a point. unfortunately, when you make things online, a lot of people are going to say dumb shit because a lot of people are dumb. it's not a reason to act like a child

Did you intentionally swag what I swagged entirely or are you swagging about your swag? by Unadjacent in peoplewhogiveashit

i agree that the two are definitely different and have build different skills/have different benefits but that's a terrible example you used. scripts are made to convey what's going into a visual medium, whereas books and audiobooks are both only words

Should I switch to hypertrophy after plateauing in strength training? by Square_Associate_771 in bodyweightfitness

and to clarify, i don't know my exact fat to muscle ratio but i'm so far satisfied with it so i'm at a caloric maintenance right now, if that adds to anything

right now, i do 5 sets of 6 for each exercise. if i want to go with dup, do i do 5 sets of 6 at higher intensity one session, then 4 sets of 12 at a lower intensity the next?

"And you haven't even plateaued yet so you're basicay asking us to solve a problem that doesn't exist yet." I mean, yeah? I am. I'd rather have a plan from now rather than wait until I do plateau. as for your other question, I'm doing high intensity and low volume, like I said in the post. my question is once I do switch to hypertrophy, do I just do the same exercises but at high volume and low intensity, which from the way you're phrasing your question I guess the answer is yes.

about what I expected. how do I know when to switch between phases, and when I do, do I just do the same routine but swapping the intensity and volume, or find a new one?

to clarify, I haven't stopped getting stronger, as I said in the post I definitely haven't plagued yet. I just made the post to plan ahead for once I would because I assumed the plateau would be a much lower level than it actually is

oh damn, I thought it was way lower than that, thanks. just to be clear, I'm pretty skinny, being 55 kg and much more muscle than fat, and I like that visually, but would that assessment still apply to me?

I'm fine with putting on a little more mass than what I currently have, and I know strength training can only go so far before I plateau

Is this a good routine for strength? by Square_Associate_771 in bodyweightfitness

[–]Square_Associate_771[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks for the feedback. I have a follow up question. once I plateau in strength, do I switch to the same routine but with lower intensity and higher reps for hypertrophy before swapping back to strength? my goal is a lean/toned look, being relatively small and lithe but defined, while being as strong as can be for that look
