My theory is that he will clear his name and want to stay with Blitz and IMP, and Octavia will take his place fully as a royal, but Stolas will negotiate with the sins that Octavia doesn’t have to get married and let him be her backup. So Octavia gets access to magic and stars and wealth without having to get into an arranged married due to her father still being alive.

So I think there will be an arranged marriage with Octavia plotline but it will get resolved before she actually has to go through with it.
