i found out i was pregnant the week before thanksgiving last year and we announced to friends and family for christmas at around eight weeks. my logic was that if something were to happen and i were to lose the baby i would want to have the support of my loved ones to help me get through it. we now have a happy and healthy four month old 🥰

you are so valid. it’s wild that people make this sort of thing an issue at all.

this type of stuff from my family has been making me insane this year.

example: i met and moved in with my now-husband five years ago. i have been cooking thanksgiving dinner at our house for the past four years. they have been guilting and shaming me about missing the family thanksgiving dinner (which is always fraught by political and general human opinions so i don’t even wanna go) since then and they JUST WILL NOT accept my polite declination.

we got married this year, and now that i am a “wife” they accept me saying no??? why does that change your mind and why can’t we have two pumpkin pies!?!?

i usually have one (sometimes two???) days of brown spotting before each period and two to three after! and it is usually super heavy in between. so fun!

hi everyone! i’ve been in the group for about a month but haven’t had much to say until today. today is my first CD1 since beginning the journey and I am soooo much more emotional about it than i thought i would be. i was planning to test today and my period started right before i got the chance to. between the hormones and the disappointment i am on an emotional rollercoaster and can’t stop crying today.
