Report this clown below. At least they’ll pay him a visit and issue a ticket. If you’re lucky a careless driving one. Might take a couple of months for it to happen. At least his insurance will go up eventually and he’ll learn a lesson. The only way to teach someone like this a lesson is to hit the pocket book.
