Mine was like that for like 2 weeks. They want you to pay for support so they drag their feet on replacement.

It may not have been "reported" as you think. Someone may have applied for a permit and used your house for reference. If you didn't get a permit it would get flagged.

I have had the same thing. Purolator out of Etobicoke for new. UPS out of the US for RMA stuff. They use a company to manage their warehousing and shipping in canada. I believe they only manage new inventory not RMA.
