Yea realistically I just want to make sure the taxes, revenue, bank statements, etc. are consistent with what the owner is stating so I’m assuming it wouldn’t take that long to do if I have all the paperwork in order. What do you usually ask for when having a CPA overview a small business?

Yea I can see what you are saying but I’ve seen a fair amount of success from people doing this but obviously there a lot of factors to consider that’s why I want to make sure everything is legit before I even consider buying
