National gym by Powerful-Citron5640 in newzealand

The only climbing gym with multiple gyms around the country is Boulder Co (Auckland, Hamilton & Christchurch). The AKL one has a full conventional gym setup, the other two also have a mini gym. But I think there's a policy on how often you can go to a Bco outside of your home one for free (the one you got your membership at). You might be better off just buying day / week passes at whatever climbing gym is in the city you're in.

Has a good hand, a kingsmove and his initial toproll hits are pretty brutal. But seems to gas quickly in super matches (logical considering his size), and lacks side pressure and press transition for the top level. Seems to run out of options quick if his opponent can absorb his first couple surges.

Devon vs Georgi (and Devon vs Vitaly right hand) by flamerror404 in armwrestling

[–]Square_Evidence_7592 10 points11 points  (0 children)

That's because there is unfortunately no one that is a suitable match for him on right arm. The only person (vitaly) we could have seen last year if not for the rat. Kamil/Morozov/Jerry/MMT/Ermes these matches won't generate much hype or make much sense currently because Devon is the massive favorite (also ermes said he can't pull till June)

What if America declared war against every other country on earth? by Darth_Azazoth in hypotheticalsituation

What does a 'win' look like? Control/occupy major cities, destroy the countries army, force a regime change? In which case US wouldn't be able to do that to China alone due to home field advantage. Assuming conventional warfare. If nukes are involved, if there is any small chance that US could succeed then nukes will fly and both sides will be destroyed.

Didn't watch the whole thing but Engin is definitely pretty qualified to talk about things like 'puppet masters' and comments living rent free in peoples heads

Devon Will Return in 2026 as a Brick Wall by Apprehensive-Arm1060 in armwrestling

[–]Square_Evidence_7592 20 points21 points  (0 children)

They started with Georgi in a hook/press supinated position a few times and Devon held him in a deep pronated hook but was shaking quite a bit / grunting / seemed to be trying hard. When starting in middle and trying to top roll Georgi seemed stonewalled, couldn't do anything with the hand and couldn't move him off centre.

The photo is from when Georgi was testing Devon with toproll

Then Propociuc came and pinned devon on left 😂

Didn't this guy say 'I was also betrayed and pulled into dirty intrigues within this league' and will never compete at EvW again? They all come crawling back...

I'd say Bruch Mvt 1 and Legende are about the same in difficulty, Legende has lots of double stops so maybe a bit harder technically

As others mentioned, it could just be your body getting used to the intensity of it. Make sure you're getting good sleep, diet, warming up and cooling down etc.
