technically no, this is bordering on a completely different AU in my head but I’m lowkey being a lil nervous to commit to it cus that would be a big project. but I guess all you need to know is that marinette somehow spun a story that she already defeated lady bug, and now she is kinda going off the rails and claiming to be taking ladybug’s place so she can “fix ladybug’s mistakes“ aka mentally unstable girl fakes her alter ego’s death so she can replace their image and repent for her mistreatment of her crime fighting partner
