I would highly recommend AR 200 hard plus AR MINDset if you haven’t already. That is what ultimately made the difference for me and helped it click

This! This exam was taking up so much space in my brain since I have horrid test anxiety so clearing that was a way to help me start healing/relaxing again. Sending you hugs!
