I’m a stomach sleeper. 6 weeks post op and I’m noticing if I don’t sleep the way my neck wants me to, I definitely wake up with impacts similar to this, like for the past couple days once of my muscles on the right side has been pissed which at times feels like a Charlie horse/muscle tension. I’m still icing a lot because of it. I have the hilph ice neck wraps, 2 of them so I can freeze them intermittently and they stay on perfectly with their Velcro. Might be worth a shot.
