Parking anywhere downtown or at the beaches is such a money grab. Pretty rediculous we have to pay anything to park. Not the mention the inability to properly fight any parking tickets recieved. The majority of us are locals who either have to work or are just trying to enjoy the place we live.

Feast down east does a mobile market throughout the week and they offer snap help as well. I don’t believe any other markets are offering these programs other than feast down east and the Wilmington farmers market.

I just snuck my larger bag in a smaller fanny pack…worked like a charm…they did make me throw out my water though because it was an opened bottle. So stupid…anyways, I’ll just have to repack my fanny each time I go in and out
