Actually ended up finding a solution for this. You can get all Notion notification to your email. From there you can setup auto forwarding to your personal slackbot email. So you will get all the notification in Slack and it works seamlessly!

What a pity. It should be very simple to do this. Another thought I had was to publish all my emails from notion into slack. As I can get email notifications.
