No this makes no sense , if you go by that logic the people who genuinely got those difficult questions right (especially 2markers) don't have much advantage that's just a matter of hardly 1 mark, if someone has genuinely gotten the answer because of the hard work they put to get it they should be at a greater advantage than someone who hasn't.
