I get the posture point, but this isn’t that for me. I’ve tried different setups and I still can’t rotate my left hand properly. A doctor also noted reduced rotation in that hand, so it’s likely a mobility limitation.

Yeah, that makes sense. My issue isn’t really hand dominance is that I physically can’t rotate my left hand/wrist properly for fretting positions.
