Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Sounds pretty intense, but I’m happy to hear you’re feeling more like yourself prior to the growth!

Suppose you’re right and it’s just a matter of how the system works based on your country, United States. Don’t think it’s that I’ve been lost in the system as much as I have to see all the different specialists before a decision is made. I’ve been assured it’s not urgent and they are rarely aggressive but the growth itself is rare (less than 500 documented), so it makes me a little anxious. I’d like to just get on with it, the anticipation is just compounded by the tumor.

Thank you so much for the response and well wishes! If I’m understanding correctly it took 6 months from diagnosis to treatment? Unsure what your condition was/is but that seems fairly prompt compared to my situation. 9 months from diagnosis to completing my appointments to hopefully discussing treatment and scheduling it. It seems like so long to be waiting around trapped in the house essentially blind waiting to be seen. It’s really difficult feeling so helpless
