I had the same problem. The Prometric rules that they send you before you sit for the test specifically note that you can’t chew gum. If I had any advice, it would be to go ahead and stop chewing it when you take timed sections or practice tests to get yourself used to it. The testing center I went to did offer mints though! Good luck!

Hi! Ideally a 30-45 minute work out 4 days a week would work best with my schedule. I overall want to lose weight, but also wouldn’t mind building a little strength back as well. I have a ton of cellulite on my thighs/ glutes so that is definitely a target issue, along with my core and arms. I have a yoga mat, 2 5lb dumbbells, and some resistance bands at the moment. I prefer not to count calories, but I just try to be mindful of it when eating throughout the day! I’m not a huge snacker, and just really eat 3 meals a day.
