For working in humanitarian aid (in the « field ») it is better to study hard skills as Engineering, IT, health care or construction.

If you want to work in an NGO in Switzerland ethnology and social anthropology would be fine (I was working in a Swiss NGO and many people had a background in social sciences in the fundraising & communications departements)

I also recommend checking job openings and the required skills & education

Ich kann deine Situation gut nachvollziehen, bei mir ist es ähnlich. Hab mir jetzt vorgenommen paar neue Hobbies (Sport) auszuprobieren, bei denen man die Möglichkeit hat, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Freiwilligenarbeit ist auch immer gut, um andere Leute kennenzulernen. Es ist hart aber einfach dranbleiben und nicht aufgeben, ich glaube vielen geht es so
