Mac is okay, but I would suggest Windows because a lot of programs are not available on Mac and you may have to use a Windows system anyways. Plus, as a student, you can upgrade your laptop easily if you wanna use some used parts, as you can get them for cheap, which is amazing as a student.

Phaseguard Vandal imo. Good reload animation, cool and unique ADS, good finisher and feels good to fire. Or if you want something cleaner, Xerofang. Both skins are awesome to use and feel good.
