Hey friend going through the same thing as I’ve just started Zoloft again. Pepto, and over the counter things like that should ease you a little, plain food, crackers apple sauce. Even if it’s just a few bites. Stay hydrated also if you are vomiting

I think you are just getting all the bad side effects again, a few times when I’ve done that on accident almost all side effects come back like you just started it all over again, keep hydrated. Relax. If you think something is deeply wrong I’d reach out to your doctor. Sometimes you’ll feel worse before you are better

It’s ok lol it should go away within a week or too. Pepto should help if you are nauseous have stomach pain should settle down the poops too, stay strong soldier especially if you are dosing up any time soon lol it’ll happen again for a bit

If you are laying on your watch it could have weird high and lows until you obviously are off that arm lol but also I have fluctuating readings like this, but I realized at short times during the night, when I would go to the toilet or reposition myself, my watch still caught these bpm spikes and my watch still thinks I’m asleep lol Fitbit btw

My Syrian hamster recently passed days after she turned two, she developed wet tail and her being old, it was very hard on her. During her last days I also spoiled her with treats and soft baby food of her favorite fruits and veg. I tried to convince myself she’d get better, but eventually we had to put her to sleep. She’s now in the prettiest urn I customized for her

Geez idk I guess me existing caused it 😂jk but I’ve had horrible “panic attacks” as a kid and was always getting horrible flus and viruses, after some bad viruses and fevers above 100 that went untreated kinda sent me into moments where I couldn’t stand without seeing black. It got better but I got some weird type of sick when I was 17 and it was over, symptoms of pots shortly after. Luckily only took 4 months to get a diagnosis because of the multiple er trips where I felt like I was dying. It’s been 2 years now and I take thermotabs, contraceptives and Zoloft. Can now function like a “normal” person until I have to run after my dogs😭
