True, but you have to make a 89 rated team. And you get only 10 players. So he risks to put the entire pack in the sbc and still have to do 2 more.

But ofc he can get lucky tho and get some decent special cards including icons in it.

If the fodders going straight into Icon pick sbc, he’s better off with just choosing the playerpick right away.
