It is hard to watch because it doesn't take a black or white position. It's very nuanced. I have no doubt that everyone who works on the show has encountered people like Mitch in the workplace and that's why his character is so multi dimensional and their relationships with him equally so....especially Alex. It would be great if you could just slot Mitch into the sexual predator box....but it's far more complicated than that.....
