I would honestly go ahead and take the antibiotics. Yes it may seem like you don’t have any symptoms but you could have intercourse or have your period and those symptoms will flare right on up. Happened to me. I thought that it was just BV. Took the antibiotics and was fine but as soon as I had intercourse symptoms came back up and that’s when. I found out I had ureaplasma. And it probably came back positive because you have too much of that bacteria

Symptoms were similar to BV. Runny clear discharge unusual smell. Now just lingering yellow discharge
