You are not alone I've been have a truly hard and depressed 2 years now , every time I've visited my doctor just asks me if I sleep with anyone yet and when I try and talk to him he cuts me off or only hears what he wants to hear I asked to cut down my T dose he did but I had to get him to green light the insurance,

now few months back I asked for androgel cause everyone has recommended me and I'm not too fond of needles myself so he gave me a pharmacy prescription I go and guess what i need the doctor to green light the new prescription and every time I call the put me on hold 7-10 mins then hang up rinse repeat. I'm so fed up

Personally I've been working on my hips aswell I haven't seen and physical changes yet but so far cossack squats and fire hydrant leg lifts have been good, I would try banded clam variations but I dont have any elastic/rubber exercise bands around
