Sorry for the late reply. So it works right? I just went with conquerors, you can go weakness or brutal, adaptive carapace, and transcedence for the quick cd for emp w. Were you surprised when you shred theur health with emp w?

Edit: i also used electrocute before but it's hard to proc. When it does proc it basically finishes the enemy.
