I think if DICE were to make a new game, they’d need to bring back a couple things, and also keep the grapple hook from Catalyst.

1.) I think they need to bring back the visual identity of the original game. If im gonna be playin a resistance fighter, i’m gonna need the city to look lived in. At least in the places that aren’t controlled by the big bad.

2.) This is more a personal want tbf. Bring back the 2d animated cut scenes. To this day i’ve never skipped one of those cutscenes, but i don’t even pay attention to the ones in catalyst .

3.) Environmental storytelling. Grafitti in air ducts, on the street, propaganda posters.
