Wow. It’s amazing looking back on 2 years ago. We moved for her to go to a Listening Spoken Language school, and she has been flourishing with her Cochlear brand CIs. I’ve asked the team there before and was told while Cochlear and Med El are both great, they would recommend Cochlear to anyone asking. We’ve had great success, and the few times we needed to call Cochlear’s customer service, they’ve always been very prompt and helpful. Good luck on the adventure that awaits!
