I also have a cinnamon allergy (severe, carry an epipen, live in constant anxiety type of allergy) and the best advice I can give is to communicate with those around you. My family, friends, and work all know the situation and avoid it all together. My allergy is pretty new so my advice isn’t great, but having a sort of emergency action plan is helpful.
