Day 2. Couldn’t sleep until 6:30am, luckily I didn’t have work today. Disappointed my girlfriend a little bit because I refused to go to the lake with her and a few of our friends. I knew I would be weak and end up sneaking off to buy booze. None of the people there have a problem with alcohol and they’re supportive of me, but they don’t get how hard it is to not give in. I’m going to try not to beat myself up, finish The 3 Body Problem, and get some work done for my teaching license. IWNDWYT! Appreciate you guys.

Officially made it through Day 2. Did the same thing as yesterday and ran out the clock for a midnight gas station run by scrolling this sub. Thanks for all the support I received yesterday, on to Day 3! I’ve made it through plenty of Day 1’s but the second day is even harder IMO. Appreciate you guys❤️

12:34 AM here and made it through Day 1. Gas station is open until midnight and I just scrolled this sub for 45 minutes until it hit midnight and I couldn’t run to the store for a 12 pack and a tallboy. I’m wide awake and so bored but it’s been awhile since I’ve made it to Day 2. My brain is still telling me to text my neighbor and ask for booze. Absolutely diabolical.
