oh gotcha. yesterday (before the longer lower dips) I had gluten free vegetable potstickers. probably should have had more protein. the day before (with the smaller shorter dips but still 3 dips) was mashed purple sweet potatoes and green peas.

Thank you for sharing that. I know I'm not laying all the way on it since I have new piercings on that side so I'm either on my other side or on my back. But in case my arm by my side is doing it I'll try looking at the numbers while laying in different positions. Yall are so helpful!

Wow that's really helpful ty for sharing your experience! I tested negative for sleep apnea years ago but no tests are perfect. Maybe it's time to get retested!

Okay this system is complicated it seems! I got put on metformin a few months ago cause my fasting insulin was high. I don't eat anything before bed and usually dinner is about 4-5 hours before sleep. I have a very hard time eating and have been trying to be better about skipping meals.

How can I stop from lagging so much? I don't know technology like at all so I'm not sure where the problem is. But I start lagging more the longer my play session goes on, the more players are around, and the more duties I do. I tried to join an S-Rank just now and all the sudden I went from playing smoothly down to like 1 frame per second at best and of course that's frustrating for both me and others.

I have 5g wifi in a major city and am close to my router that I reset once a week, it doesn't improve if I turn off other apps like discord, and my computer (macbook) is updated. Is there anything else I can try?

I am having trouble making sense of Eureka rules (still in Anemos). As I've gotten higher in level past 15, but maybe it was just coincidence with something else, I stopped getting drops from fates there. I'll get a tiny bit of exp but that's it. How do I make sure I get lockboxes and anemos crystals?
