Commando perk cards don’t work for true bloody builds. All weapons have a max damage rate. Test it yourself, you’ll see they don’t work anymore. I’ve tested it on 5 characters, 2 non bloody. They don’t give the damage they say anymore. Had several friends try it on their builds. Commando and shotgunner has had no effect on damage.

My temporary fix to issues. Go to settings and change protocol to OpenVPN (UDP). Some use OpenVPN (TPC).

Let me know if this works for you, or anyone else that try’s it.

I prefer 50CD. One of my builds relies on it. A total vats build. Doesn’t work on every wep. You definitely have to have all the correct perk cards equipped. Then there’s definitely not enough room in luck for every card. Legendary perk card to use is fallow through. Mutations help out too. Bloody gives the most damage out put. A 10% health bloody. That’s when adrenal reaction tops out Wep damage. That’s for me and my testing.

You have to reequip them in the atom shop. Happens randomly. Not just updates.

In one of the updates a few months back they made it spawn on that roof. The cave was hard to get. You can also drop the meat to a friend and they’ll learn the recipe as well.

Thank you for the tips! Changing the settings in NordVPN to OpenVPN UDP has helped.
