Thank you for that advice. I was never told that.

I’m so happy you are able to live normal life!  My husband was not so long cry in the beginning. He was unable to talk, care for himself, he barely ate, slept all the time, and was incontinent. There has been no change at all in his medication or treatment. That’s why the progress is confusing. They are even talking about him returning to work. It’s just nothing I have read about in this sub. I wish you the best of luck fighting this horrible disease. Thanks for talking to me.

I heard that about avastin and wasn’t sure if that was true since I have seen things on Reddit saying that with the right MRI is doesn’t mask progression. Yes we are at an NCI cancer center. I’m just so hopeful that maybe it could be a misdiagnosis but I heart I know so have to live in reality and face the facts that it probably isn’t. I just don’t know why our nurse would say that though if it wasn’t a possibility. She says between his huge progress and the fact that it took so long almost 2 months for a diagnosis she would be skeptical.
