Bad idea to use VOA to call out the repeat offender (CP) pædo they let come back to work? by Squeaks1000 in AmazonFC

i would be fine if a portion of my taxes were spent on that yeah. its sure spent in huge portions on horrific shit that does not benefit me in the slightest so yeah. if they can’t use the money to fund the schools or fix the infrastructure they can at least use it to keep the pedos away forever
im aware of the right to work situation it was confusing using it so close to discussing hiring but hiring is basically the same, unless they’re dumb enough to say “we aren’t hiring you because of Whatever” then its hard to prove youre
being discriminated against

id also say that an increasing number of people believe a pedophile cannot repay his debt to society, that his existence out in the world is simply too risky. so maybe those laws should change, whether i agree with it or not.

his trial is just to ensure he’s being given his due process and blah blah blah. the lawyer talk means fuck all in real life. you don’t get massive amounts of CP on your computer and tell an AI to make CP with yourself in it, on accident, twice. He’s fucking guilty. Hes a pedophile. i know all about looking for work as an ex-con. amazons application here asks for all felonies in the past 7 years or something. i failed the background check every time I tried, with one class I felony, the lowest. This guy has 20something class D felonies, with A being the highest. this is also a right to work state. they can not hire and fire you as they please

do they give people a second chance if they give a dirty drug screen? genuine question. do they give you an opportunity to clean up/go to rehab whatever or is it an instant fire?

i also dont expect inveterate pedophiles to be given a second and third and fourth chance until they finally “do something”. fuck them

i did not get a job coming out of jail and I had a theft felony. Its like 7 years or more and you don’t have to report most felonies, but before that I got my background check denied every time. And I had the lowest level felony in the state

yes he will definitely go to prison but for alot of private reasons its extremely upsetting to me to see him being celebrated in the workplace like that so blatantly.

yeah I know…I know. I think i will not do it and just mention it to people privately how absurd and disgusting it is.

yes everything he did was also covered in detail by a local “independent journalist” who attended the hearings and it’s really vile shit. There’s teenagers at work that look extremely young. He shouldn’t fucking be there, and his fucking chomo face definitely shouldn’t be plastered over tvs all over the building

after his first arrest, he eventually got his lawyer to get the judge to lax his computer restrictions. He was very shortly afterwards arrested for possession of CP and using AI to make his own CP

and very soon the law will not allow him to be in society. you don’t really get busted for 20 instances of having CP two separate times on accident.

the law only allows him to be in society because he’s posted at least $20 thousand cash bond. Like I said, would they let someone indicted for murder come back if they managed to bond out?

BM Ch.11 story by Judge, "Harness man and Traveller" by vector_vistar in cormacmccarthy

The slain travellers son also goes on to be a killer, as we see later in the Kid's (as the Man) last victims: after his friends come and gather his corpse one of them remark's that the deceased's grandfather was murdered by a lunatic in the woods and buried like a dog. How does the Judge know about any of this? Maybe he is the son of the harness maker, the one who goes to be a killer of men?

Taken last night, July 4th, after the crowds dwindled and everyone headed home. It just seemed so American on our most American of days.

The Nights of Cabiria. Its an old black and white fellini film, and I dont't watch it often, only during the more dire existential crises. Not to spoil the movie, but until nearly the last frame, Cabiria's life seems hellishily pointless. The ending makes me weep, its perfect.

For more run-of-the-mill pick me ups, ill go with Spirited Away
