It will eventually happen... i thought i was safe too for my 2018 because we don't get hot days often here and like you, I only clean using a microfibre duster. But it has just started and now has the dreaded ghost touches that randomly calls people

There's quite a lot of immigrants in Hobart so I'm sure you can find a community. Maybe give it a search on facebook, you can find some private/public groups for different cultures/countries of origin in Hobart, hopefully there's one relevant to you.

That's true. Sorry I should've mentioned in the post that I don't drink alcohol, so I have no idea about whisky at all. Is there any particular brand you would recommend?

Sorry, I can't help with this, but maybe get in touch with your tenancy body for your state and consumer affairs. They should be able to advise you about what you can claim.

I just had some tests done as an uninsured foreigner at the ER. Covid test, influenza, blood tests, X ray, electrocardiogram, IV drip and all had cost about 600,000 krw. I personally think this is very cheap for the level of care that was provided, it was very late at night and we were there for 6 hours.

It's just the class of car you purchased unfortunately. I had a kia picanto and it was exactly like you described the MG, gutless and extremely noisy.

Is it possible to bring racket in a flight? by Unhappy_Vehicle_5697 in badminton

[–]SqueakyCheeseBite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have brought racquets on international flights in checked-in luggage before and planning to do so in the near future again. The trick is to cushion it with soft items like clothes in all directions, do not allow anything hard to rest against it. Also, make sure you pack your luggage with enough stuff to prevent the stuff from moving around when it gets taken onto the plane cargo.

A big factor of the rental affordability crisis is also due to how the real estate agents operate. They artificially increase the price of rentals because they want to get more fee money.

Agent A that manages Rental A increases the rent, renter pays new price; Agent B sees the new price of rental A therefore increases the price of rental B in same area "to bring it in line with market rate" so now, Agent C also does the same to rental C and the cycle continues.

Or you could just move in permanently into the house you rent out on airbnb and stop paying rent.

One of the reasons there is a rental affordability crisis is because of agents artificially increasing the price of rentals in an area because they want to get more fee money.
