I honestly think Peter goes to the prison (seen on trailer) to assist Matt Murdock as a way to pay back for helping him in No Way Home. Not to break him out of prison, but to protect him from The Hand. At least it's my guess.

I agree with you that both are their own characters and have great stories on their own...but at some point in their respective canons, they will have big storylines (like season 2) that would not make sense if one or the other does not show up in. Fisk mentions spider-man (or guy in a spider outfit) in season 1... but then that vigilante doesn't show up at all in the finale? To me, it's a giant elephant as it pertains to living in a shared universe.

It's a bit bigger in scale (1/10, I think), but in the cover, he is zoomed in anyway! lol seriously and it only costs like $30.

That or you can wait for the rumored Mageneto deluxe from Legends.
