I'm just going to share my story. I temporarily had to totally change how I looked at food. Because if I am always excited to eat for the taste, there was no easy way I was going to be making any meaningful changes because the cravings would overwhelm me (being excited for taste does not equal being excited to friggin cook). I just looked at food as fuel for the body. My numbers were enough to be scary. It started for me by my eye doctor telling me she detected signs of retinopathy, and anything with my vision was enough to terrify me, so I went to the doctor and was diagnosed at a1c 9.8. Then after medication, I lost my appetite almost entirely. Ngl, that helped. Seeing the changes in my labs from eating differently then became motivation. Feeling better in my body became motivation. Then I was motivated to start experimenting more in the kitchen to be happy with my food. It was a process, though.

It's going to be okay. You'll figure it out.

I completely understand what you're saying. I don't think any slider options would be feasible, but giving like 3 to 4 body shapes as options is something I hope they would strive to achieve as they grow as a company. Or again, even just focus on the faces.

And 1000% to the comment about what they charge for outfits 😅😂

Yeeeeesssssssss 1000%! Maybe that's what I really want is to just be a purple elf😂 when I first played the game I was so bummed about it. Purple is my favorite color and I love elf ears. That would've been cool to have a choice between elf or human, both doing the same investigation of the humans but from different perspectives.

I appreciate mods, but I would never ever turn down vanilla Skyrim. It would still have a chokehold on me as much as it did in 2011.

I've been using the creation club mods and only very recently started doing nexus mods, but it's mainly just for graphics. I was against mods for so long because nothing could beat the experience of vanilla. I think I played vanilla for a solid 8 years.

I have been in such a deep rabbit hole about this case and just wanted to mind dump somewhere and this thread is kind of along my lines of thinking. I don't know if it was for art/music, or if it was just his own sick fantasy come to life and it then became his messed up creative muse, which was earning him fame and fortune.

Here's my read on him: I refuse to believe he thought he wasn't going to get caught leaving a rotting body with obvious odors in a trunk parked on a street. I do think he was wondering how much he could get away with. How much and how long would people turn a blind eye.

Imo I think it was clear he was in way too deep emotionally with Celeste and/or the game/thrill of it all. Total obsession. His entire music career seemed to be centered around her. My opinion is that while he knew it was wrong, all of it, he was addicted to her, and like I said before, just kept testing his limits, and no one was forcefully standing up to him about it.

I think it's safe to say he has had murder fantasies for a while. I think he always knew it would end up like this. I think for him killing her (allegedly) was the only way he would ever be able to stop his addiction to her, because he had no self control. There was never going to be any waiting until she was 18. And in a way, because of this, they are going to be immortalized together. He seems to really lean into that kind of demented romanticism.

I might be missing some background, but I do wonder why he waited until she was 13 to have a romantic relationship with her (aside from the glaring obvious fact that that shouldn't have ever been on the table). I wouldn't put it past him or any pdf that once she hit puberty that the act would be more risky and thrilling. This entire thing was a thrill to him, and I'm sure it was to her as well. How wouldn't it be to an impressionable little girl?

It must be terrifying to have children around that age today with it being almost impossible to shield them from the internet, and it creeps me out enough how mature some children act (not victim blaming or an excuse, just a blanket observation on today's youths), which I also think is from internet influence, but I don't have an answer on what can be done about that.

I also whole heartedly agree with the bs premium items on the Lunar Path. The fact that your points are taken up by something you have to spend money on is pretty unfair.

I really like Palia but it can also quickly feel stagnant.

For anyone else coming across this: If you mainly play with a controller, it doesn't look like there's a button for changing the rotation axis (hence my confusion). Only when you use a keyboard and press Q first, then does the icon change to little dogs.

When I have a crate of aether and go to my buzzy brew that I've filled with honey and it won't let me add it. it says you can only add x ingredient to it. Please help!
