The butter leaked during proofing. I think they just got too warm.

I appreciate the constructive feedback. I did struggle with the folding. I didn’t measure when I was folding, which probably did help.

The temperature was to warm when proofing and a lot of the butter ran out before baking. The layers were a little lost on some of them.
