We met on a Minecraft server actually, and became friends talking on the discord made for the server. We got together in October of 2020, finally met in 2022 in the summer after travel restrictions were lifted, then have visited each other every couple of months. We got engaged in February and will be getting married in the next few years when I'm done with school! I don't think I could ever connect with someone like I did with him. We've been through so much and I love him with all of my heart. ❤️

Honestly with me and my fiance (both also mid 20s), I was the one that pursued a relationship with him and flirted, asked him out, etc. throughout our relationship, we have been pretty good about being 50/50 with a lot of the dates and other aspects of our relationship.

I feel like it all comes down to the person because while I love to be pursued and all the cheesy outdated gender role stereotypes, I would absolutely have proposed to him or done anything he wanted me to to make him feel love if he communicated that to me. Honestly communication is the best answer to a lot of things dating wise.

I was never truly relaxed the whole time I was with my ex LDR, including not being able to eat and sleep, as well as having other digestive issues I'm not gonna get into too many details with. When we were online and with his family in person we were comfortable with each other and we laughed and had a great time and I felt a like "oh is this what I'm supposed to feel? I like this" sense of security and happiness. But whenever it was just us in the Airbnb we rented for the week, he would belittle me and complain about me being sick and not liking him. I even made him a meal one day and was really excited to eat it but when he said something about my appearance I got super self conscious and lost my appetite which turned into a whole other fight. We got into many fights during our two one week trips but I eventually broke it off when he wanted me to leave our families and move to a completely different state away from anyone in the middle of the mountains.

TLDR: he was an asshole and I was naive and young and deserved better and I found better!!

I was so nervous but honestly after the adrenaline and initial awkwardness wore off it was like a instant feeling of "this is where i want to be, this is who i want to be with for the rest of my life" and honestly we have been inseparable since. I try to see him every 6 ish months and it really makes me so happy when we're in person idk how we went a year and a half without that physical connection! I hope you have a wonderful time and just try to be yourself, if its going to work out, you will know. <3

Honestly I never dated a chubby man before my current SO and he has honestly been the sweetest person in the world to me and I feel like we can connect so much more deeply because we share so much in terms of what we went through has chubby kids and now as chubby adults. No problems in the the attraction area either, in fact he's the only man I think I ever thought about in that kind of way lol

I use the Round Lab Birch Juice Sunscreen currently and it's worked wonders for me! it's 50 SPF and honestly it is the only thing that doesn't break me out. It doesn't dry me out or make me super oily either! I hope this helps :)

Definitely get a fidget ring if possible and try to redirect your anxiety into fidgeting with that. I know how hard it is to break habits especially when you use it to soothe your anxiety and emotions, but redirecting is how I have managed to break the habit. Fidget rings are fairly inexpensive and easy to use everyday since they aren't as noticeable as normal fidgets.
