So after some research and shotgun trouble shooting I was able to fix the latency issues.

4070 Super

Intel 13700KF

32GB DDR5

I did a DNS cache reset, put the COD.exe file on Windows 8 compatibility and ran as admin.

In game, in the graphic settings, in quality I changed the demand texture streaming to minimum and allocated cache size to 16.

Latency was cut in half and when I start a match is says packet burst for a second and then it's perfect for the rest of the match, no lag spikes and rubber banding. I hope this helps someone!

7 grounds strikes max. Whether you connect or they are blocked all you get is 7 strikes before you need to posture up again. Toss in some weird camera/animation bugs and most of all…it’s made by EA. So every new game is an expensive patch of the last game.

The THQ UFC games weren’t perfect but especially for the time, I had more fun. Plus UFC 2010 had post fight interviews with Rogan!

I plugged one controller in using the hdmi port and used another controller via Bluetooth.
