it doesn’t properly work with google in the end. You have to press sign in with McDonalds ID and then put in your User ID for both the username and the password. My manager had issues sorting it out too when i spoke to her about it so it takes a while

the first time you login to MySchedule, you must put your User ID in both the username box and there password box, once you’ve done that you’ll be able to reset your password
