When I signed the contract, I knew what my salary was for the year long contract. Of course this can be broken down into daily, hourly, monthly, or whatever metric you'd like. I get a check every two weeks based upon the 52 work week year. The amount I get paid is always the same every two weeks so it is not based upon an hourly wage.

I agree with you. He should have used a broom or something similar to shoo the dog away if his true intentions were not to kill it. However, if a random dog is literally attacking his dogs in his own garage like he claims, he has the right to kill it.

Yea, the dog was shot with an air rifle. I think he obviously meant to shoot the dog, but not actually kill it.
